I’m a Mom, first and foremost. A little more than 2 years ago, the “Man in my life” had a big idea. He wanted to help small businesses flourish in an environment increasingly dominated by “big box” stores. So we started a business based on customer loyalty, and as the business evolved, we found more ways to help businesses save money and increase foot-traffic through low-rate merchant credit card processing, and “smart” loyalty programs. Then, I heard about “Twitter” and I started following this guy named Chris Brogan (www.chrisbrogan.com). Thats when I had my big idea. What if I attempted to gain the trust of our colleagues and customers and peers within our industry and everyone on earth who ever had a question about Merchant Credit Card Processing or Customer Loyalty Programs, by humanizing our business by making it an all access show? So, now you can find me, probably 18 hours of the day (and maybe more), on Twitter. I talk about my life, I talk about where I live, and I (rarely) talk about business. Why? Because I want to be of help to you, I don’t want you to think I’m trying to sell you something (I don’t sell, I promise). If our company at some point has something that is of value to you, fabulous. But if not, great- let’s talk about football. Or kids. Or yoga. Or food. Just don’t try to sell me anything. ;-)
